Cue the confetti… introducing the latest updates to payroll

We have payroll news! While you can already effortlessly run monthly payroll and submit it directly to HMRC with FreeAgent, we’ve also been listening to our users’ ideas to make life even easier and have made some updates to our payroll functionality. Here’s what’s new:

1. FreeAgent can now automatically calculate your employees’ pension contributions for you when you’re generating payslips. Get the lowdown on the new functionality.
2. You can export even more reports that break down your payroll figures for a selected pay period. These include a National Insurance Contribution breakdown, an auto-enrolment pension contribution breakdown, and a submission data breakdown. 
3. You can also export a summary of the money due to HMRC, and the pay and deductions for all relevant employees included on your payroll for that month, as well as the year-to-date totals. Dive into the details of exporting these new payroll reports.
