How Capsule CRM works with FreeAgent
Once you’ve connected the integration, you can use Capsule to easily add contacts directly to FreeAgent, as they progress from initial enquiry through to a sale. Capsule automatically keeps customer and supplier records in FreeAgent up to date so that you only need to change them in one place.
Capsule also includes a summary of invoices and overdue amounts for your customers, to give you the full picture when you speak to them.
How do I get started with Capsule CRM?
- Sign up for a Capsule account if you don’t already have one.
- Open Capsule and navigate to 'Account Settings'.
- Navigate to the 'Integrations' area.
- Select 'FreeAgent' and select 'Configure FreeAgent'.
- Select 'Enable Integration'.
- You’ll then be asked to log in to FreeAgent to give Capsule access to your FreeAgent account.
- An initial sync will be needed from FreeAgent to Capsule to link up existing Capsule contacts with their corresponding FreeAgent contacts as well as importing any contacts not already existing in Capsule.
