How Appcrual works with FreeAgent

Once you connect your FreeAgent account to Appcrual, you can create and send purchase orders to your suppliers.

Appcrual will generate a branded PDF and email it directly to your suppliers.

When you receive an invoice from your supplier, simply add it to your bills in FreeAgent. You can then link this bill to the corresponding purchase order in Appcrual.

How do I get started with Appcrual?

You can connect Appcrual to FreeAgent by following these steps:

1. Select the ‘connect now’ button.
2. Signup with your email and password.
3. Verify your email.
4. Authorise access to FreeAgent API by following the instructions on screen.
5. Create a purchase order by navigating to the ‘Purchase Order’ tab.
